In 1992, Teow Hong International Trading Pte Ltd. Was incorporated to consolidate the Group's businesses, with the intention of focusing on the Umbrella, Baby & Children Clothes and Accessories. In a short 10 years, it has operations in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Japan and Europe.

Having its roots in the umbrella business, Teow Hong International has grown from strength to strength and successfully done backwards and forward integration of its business, thereby providing our clients with efficient and quality services and innovative designs. It has now extended its arms into diverse arrays of product manufacturing, distribution, wholesale and retailing.

Our branding includes UL (umbrella), OKUNISHI (clothing), Golden Shower, Teeni, 3906 & Company. etc.
